I designed PupGum's around the interventions that solve the problem underneath — skip this one, ship it later, stretch the interval — and placed them where the friction actually surfaces, on the order itself, rather than buried in account settings. Cancellation is still one interaction away; it just stops being the first answer to every complaint. The flow itself follows the same logic: rather than gating it behind friction, it diagnoses the real reason someone is going — too much product, wrong timing, a pup who has moved on — and offers the specific remedy, whether that's a longer interval, a skipped shipment, a winback, or a graceful exit handled with care. Paired with a dashboard that surfaces progress, perks, and referrals, the portal earns the next order rather than assuming it.
