Since early 2024, I’ve led product and design at ResX—a reservation exchange marketplace with over 100k active users—working closely with two non-technical founders to shape the product’s vision and execution. I designed the platform as it exists today, touching every surface of the user experience while partnering with the dev team to scope, prioritize, and ship new features at pace. From launching a reimagined alerts experience to crafting upgrade flows that increased premium conversion and building an engagement engine through ResX Rewards, my work has been central to driving meaningful growth. I also led foundational research for in-app discovery and developed the long-term strategy we’re now executing, ensuring ResX continues to evolve with clarity and intention.
